Please give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Within 24 hours, 50% of the session fee will apply.
Wear comfortable clothing. You'll stay fully dressed throughout. Try to arrive a few minutes early so you can settle. Eat lightly beforehand and drink water afterwards.
